In the wake of the internet frenzy surrounding Benny Blanco’s unkempt feet, the musician addressed the chatter about his cleanliness on “Jimmy Kimmel Live.”
“My feet are actually in great shape,” Blanco asserted during his Thursday night chat with Kimmel, who brought up the buzz generated by the musician’s so-called “dirty” feet as seen in the debut episode of the “Friends Keep Secrets” podcast.
To prove his point, the record producer went as far as removing his shoe to display his feet, which were indeed spotless.
“Get a close-up of my foot,” Blanco urged, proudly showing off his clean soles.
Not one to let him off the hook easily, Kimmel playfully requested a view of the bottom of Blanco’s foot, which also proved to be clean.
“Look at that clean foot. Look at that. Are you kidding me?” Blanco, 37, teased as the crowd applauded.
Earlier this week, the media personality was recording his new podcast with his bestie Lil Dicky, and Lil Dicky’s wife, Kristin Batalucco, when there appeared to be dirt covering the bottom of Blanco’s feet.
Lil Dicky, whose full name is David Andrew Burd, came to his co-host’s defense while on the late night talk show with Blanco, explaining, “It was the first day we filmed anything, so crew was coming in and out.”
“So, you’re saying that Dave’s floors are not clean,” Kimmel, 58, inquired, before Lil Dicky, 37, added: “On that day, it was dirty. You know how floors get.”
Meanwhile, Kimmel had a bright idea for Blanco.
“You should get an OnlyFans for that thing,” he joked.
“Thank you, thank you!” Blanco proudly responded.
After Blanco exposed his dirty feet, fans urged the star’s wife, Selena Gomez, to leave him, just months after they tied the knot in September.
”I can’t believe she lets him touch her,” one social media user wrote under a clip of the podcast.
“LITERALLY WHY would she marry him out of all the men in the world,” a second follower said.
One X user penned, “That is disgusting idk how selena dealing with this.”
Rounding out the drastic feedback, another person added: “Selena needs to divorce him and find someone better.”
This isn’t the first time Blanco has made an eyebrow-raising confession about his hygiene habits. Back in November 2024, he admitted he doesn’t shower every day.
“Some people I know shower two to three times a day, but I feel like the oils on your skin don’t have time to rejuvenate and get juicy,” he told People at the time.
