Harry Styles kicked off the 2026 BRIT Awards with an enthralling rendition of “Aperture,” a track from his eagerly anticipated album, “Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally.”
On Saturday, the ex-One Direction star stole the spotlight, standing out as the sole figure dressed in white amidst a sea of performers clad in black t-shirts and blue jeans, according to an online video of the performance.
His attire exuded office elegance, featuring a crisp button-down shirt complemented by a black striped tie and coordinated pinstripe trousers.
At 32, Styles began his act perched on bleachers surrounded by dancers, seamlessly integrating into their choreography before taking center stage. His performance gained momentum as he was joined by a choir of background singers.
This show marked the first televised performance of any music from his new album, a significant moment for the “Watermelon Sugar” sensation.
Prior to the performance, Styles gave viewers a closer look at his full ensemble when he walked the red carpet — his first in three years — in an oversized black bouclé pinstriped Chanel suit, which he layered over a light mint pinstriped button-down shirt.
For accessories, he went with a gray and black tie and black ballet flats with bows, also by Chanel.
On his right hand, he sported a single gold pinkie ring. His facial hair was styled in a scruffy, light beard for the outing.
The ensemble hails from Chanel’s Métiers d’Art 2026 collection, according to Vogue.
His return to the BRIT Awards stage comes three years after his last performance at the awards show, where he opened the ceremony with a show-stopping rendition of his song, “As It Was.”
In 2023, he took home four award wins for Song of the Year, Album of the Year, Artist of the Year, and British Pop Act following the release of his last album “Harry’s House.”
“Kiss All The Time. Disco, Occasionally” is scheduled for a March 6 release date.
