In a deeply unsettling case currently under investigation, authorities in Oklahoma are probing the circumstances surrounding a 14-year-old girl, who is pregnant with twins. Allegations suggest that the young girl may have been used as a surrogate by her mother and her mother’s boyfriend.
The investigation began in December 2025, when police were called to an Oklahoma City apartment complex following reports of a “possible sexual assault,” according to KFOR. This disturbing report prompted a further referral from Child Protective Services (CPS), highlighting that the teenager was expecting twins. The referral also raised suspicions that the father could be the mother’s 36-year-old boyfriend.
Court documents have revealed a troubling narrative. The girl’s mother reportedly told investigators that her daughter “desperately” wanted more siblings. Adding to the complexity, the mother expressed that she and her boyfriend also desired children together, but her ability to conceive was hampered by a previous tubal ligation.
Despite these statements, the mother firmly denied any consent to her boyfriend having a sexual relationship with her daughter. Nonetheless, police have pursued a search warrant to collect DNA from the boyfriend, aiming to confirm his paternity in this case.

It remains unclear if investigators have successfully collected the sample.
Even if the pregnancy is not the result of sexual assault, according to the Oklahoma Bar Association, a “gestational carrier must be 21 years old.”
KFOR reported last month that the victim has been placed in protective custody and is expected to give birth to the twins later this month.
As of now, no arrests have been made.
However, authorities may face challenges if criminal charges are filed since the victim’s mother has reportedly moved to the California area after her children were removed from the home.
Authorities are also uncertain of the boyfriend’s current whereabouts.
The Oklahoma City Police Department continues to review the evidence as it determines the next steps in this ongoing investigation.
