The season has brought back familiar faces including host Nick Cannon and panelists Robin Thicke, Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, Ken Jeong, and Rita Ora. In a first for the series, the identity of a contestant was disclosed to the audience before her unmasking—Kylie Cantrall, disguised as Cat Witch, takes on the role of America’s Insider, offering exclusive behind-the-scenes insights.
To date, half of the 18 contestants on The Masked Singer season 14 have been unmasked. Among these are David Ortiz as Googly Eyes, Todd and Julie Chrisley as Croissants, Tiffany Haddish as Le Who Who, Tone Lōc as Handyman, Taraji P. Henson as Scarab, Claudia Oshry as Queen Corgi, Teddi Mellencamp as Calla Lily, Billy Ray Cyrus as Owl, and Heidi Montag as Snow Cone. Still in the competition are Cat Witch, 14 Karat Carrot, Crane, Eggplant, Galaxy Girl, High Voltage, Pangolin, Pugcasso, and Stingray.
This season of The Masked Singer has already entertained audiences with a variety of themed nights, such as Fear, Clueless, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Red, White & Clue, Twilight, and Spice Girls. The upcoming Ozzfest Night will pay tribute to the legendary rock icon Ozzy Osbourne. Kelly Osbourne, who competed in season 2 of The Masked Singer as Ladybug and finished in 9th place, will join the show to honor her father and participate as a guest panelist.
The Masked Singer season 14 has already featured several thrilling theme nights, including Fear, Clueless, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, Red, White & Clue, Twilight, Spice Girls, and the upcoming Ozzfest Night, which will be a celebration of the late rock legend Ozzy Osbourne. Ozzy’s daughter, Kelly, who placed 9th on The Masked Singer season 2 as Ladybug, will appear on the show to honor her dad and serve as a guest panelist.
The Masked Singer Season 14 Announces Care Bears Night
In a FOX press release shared by The Futon Critic, the network announced that The Masked Singer will host Care Bears Night on March 11. The episode will feature a visit from the beloved Care Bears themselves. In addition, not only will the celebrities sing, but they’ll share their feelings too.
The Care Bears first appeared in 1981 as paintings by artist Elena Kucharik for American Greetings cards. They were then transformed into plush teddy bears, and eventually were featured in animated films and TV series. Each Care Bear is a different color and has a belly badge which represents a unique feeling or personality trait.
What To Expect From The Rest Of The Masked Singer Season 14
According to The Futon Critic, after Care Bears Night, The Masked Singer season 14 will have just three episodes left, airing on March 18, March 25, and April 1. One of those episodes will be the previously announced Star Trek Night. In addition, there the show will air the semi-finals on March 25, followed by the finale on April 1, which will be two hours long.
In The Masked Singer season 13, four contestants competed in the finale, with Gretchen Wilson (Pearl) winning, Andy Grammer (Boogie Woogie) placing second, Meg Donnelly (Coral) placing third, and Brian Kelley (Mad Scientist Monster) placing fourth.
The Masked Singer season 14 Care Bears Night is certain to be a fun and exciting episode full of nostalgia. It’ll be so heart-warming to see them take the stage. In addition, the contestants will have the chance to express their feelings, which will give even more clues about their identities.
