Residents of San Francisco expressed their disapproval upon noticing the presence of Donald Trump’s private jet at the city’s airport.

The former president’s aircraft, often referred to as ‘Trump Force One,’ was seen at San Francisco International Airport on Monday, triggering a wave of frustration among locals who called for its departure.

The distinctive Boeing 757-200, featuring the name ‘TRUMP’ prominently painted along its side, was captured in photos while stationed on the airport’s runway.

The Trump Organization describes this lavish aircraft as the ‘crown jewel’ of their fleet, boasting customized Italian leather seats adorned with the Trump family crest and 24-karat gold-plated details.

However, the jet’s appearance was met with a frosty reception from the community, who labeled its presence as ‘disgusting.’

‘Gross please leave,’ one user snarked on Reddit

‘Tell him to f*** off the f*** out of here,’ another wrote.

‘F*** that plane, and its owners and guests.’

‘Oh hell nawh. Get that trash outta here.’

One comment simply read the letters, ‘wtf,’ to which others responded: ‘Correct response. A+ for you neighbor.’

‘My reaction exactly,’ another added.

It remains unclear who was flying on the plane into San Francisco, however users online had their own theories.

‘it must be Eric and/or Don Junior out here to visit their crypto buddies,’ one said.

‘Iranians are after [Trump], this must be his sanctuary city,’ another quipped.

Another user theorized that whoever landed in the city was ‘meeting with billionaires.’

Information on the plane’s flight path were not available.

The 757 was a staple of Trump’s airport presidential campaign rallies and at one rally in Ohio a voice announced: ‘Trump Force One, you are cleared for landing.’

The president purchased the $100 million plane in 2010.

The heavily customized plane was built in 1991 and includes two private guestrooms, three bathrooms, dining and conference areas and an extensive entertainment system.

The standard 757-200 has about 228 seats. Trump’s version features 43 seats — plus  a bedroom, guest suite, state room, conference area and custom galley.

He bought it from Microsoft founder Paul Allen. It was a key part of his 2016 campaign – when it added to the sense of spectacle he brought to national politics, but it was mothballed during his time in the White House.

In 2024, Trump urged Boeing to resume building the 757, which it discontinued in 2004.

‘Boeing should bring back the 757, the most beautiful, best handling plane (from the pilots standpoint!) that Boeing ever made,’ he said on social media.

Trump told the Daily Mail in 2023 that plane puts Air Force One, his ride when he was first in office, to shame.

Trump was coy about the cost, saying, at the time, that it would be wrong to boast about the money he spent when so many people were struggling financially.

‘A lot of money,’ is all he said. ‘These finishes are expensive.’

Cream leather covers the seats and across the ceiling, complemented, he says, by velvet that runs up the walls.

‘It’s certainly convenient,’ said Trump. ‘And I think it makes an impression because it’s just a great airplane.

‘The 757 was always considered the best looking of all of the commercial planes. You know, it sits up high. It’s like a praying mantis. And I think it’s helpful in a lot of ways.

‘We can travel with a lot of people.

‘But I think more importantly it makes a fantastic impression on people because we’re gonna make our country great and you’d like to show equipment that’s great. It’s all part of everything.’
