WASHINGTON (The Hill) – Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has challenged Dunkin’ and other companies to demonstrate the safety of their products, leading Massachusetts Governor Maura Healey (D) to respond defiantly on Wednesday, saying, “Come and take it.”
Speaking at a rally in Austin, Texas, at Brazos Hall last week, Kennedy declared, “We’re going to ask Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks to provide the safety data proving that it’s safe for a teenage girl to consume an iced coffee containing 115 grams of sugar.”
