This week on Getting Real With the Housewives, Bozoma Saint John, a notable figure from Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, spills the beans on how Erika Jayne got caught in the crossfire between Kyle Richards and Dorit Kemsley.
Back in December, during an episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen, Kyle, aged 56, disclosed that she and Erika, 53, have ceased communication with Dorit, 49, after a heated argument erupted during a season 15 trip to Italy with the cast.
“Their outburst was completely unforeseen. It seemed to come out of nowhere,” Boz, 49, shared with Us. “While spending time with each of them, I didn’t perceive the brewing storm among the trio. Erika has always been a stabilizing force between Kyle and Dorit. Having known them the longest, witnessing her caught in the middle and then seeing the fallout was truly astonishing.”

“I’m talking to you,” Dorit yelled at Erika. The Pretty Mess author responded, “You got something to say, you should say it right f***ing now.”
Dorit added, “I would much rather be alone than around a bunch of [expletives].”

“I see the fault in Kyle and Dorit. I think Erika was an innocent bystander that then blew up into something much bigger,” Boz explains. “I can see where Kyle is trying to make points out of her care and concern for Dorit, but I also see Dorit’s frustration with Kyle that she’s not fully on her side. I can see both of them, but they just can’t see each other, but Erika, I hated to see her fall into that trap.”
Despite the drama between the cast, Boz’s friendship with Dorit has remained intact, with Boz telling Us, “That’s my home girl. Me, Rachel [Zoe], Dorit —, man, that’s a trio.”
