There are whispers that the Bravo network is contemplating a significant cast overhaul, potentially putting several housewives in jeopardy for the upcoming season.
Reports from Page Six suggest that Julia Lemigova and Guerdy Abraira are primarily at risk of being dropped. Additionally, there’s speculation about a third housewife, whose identity remains undisclosed, also facing possible removal, which could come as a shock to fans.
Adding to the intrigue, it’s uncertain whether newcomer Stephanie Shojaee, who enjoyed a strong debut, will make a return to the show.
The biggest surprise of the article is that newbie Stephanie Shojaee, who by all accounts had a successful freshman season, is uncertain about returning to the show.
Another burning issue is Alexia Nepola whose ex-husband Todd Nepola famously sued Bravo last year for $11 million as he accused the network of defamation. Todd has since dismissed his lawsuit with prejudice, meaning the lawsuit cannot be re-filed, but things get tricky when by all appearances, Alexia seems to have reconciled with Todd.Â
Still, sources insist this shouldn’t be an issue as production feels they can find ways to get around this.
Bravo also allegedly feels the RHOM underperformed at the most recent BravoCon in Las Vegas as they apparently didn’t have the most entertaining panel at the event.Â
And while some conversations have taken place regarding starting production on RHOM season 8 next month, nothing is set in stone as contracts have yet to go out to the ladies at this point in time.
Although some of the ladies on the series are said to be worried about the show and their future, insiders insist the show is NOT on pause and Bravo is definitely interested in another season but wants to make sure they get the casting right.Â
