ORLANDO, Fla. – While the potential for a few isolated showers exists on Saturday as sea breezes make their presence known, most areas will likely remain dry under partly cloudy skies and breezy conditions. Expect overnight temperatures to dip into the 60s, with a chance of patchy dense fog developing late tonight, which should clear about an hour after sunrise.

Lows

Remember that Daylight Saving Time kicks in on Sunday, so be sure to set your clocks forward by one hour. While sunrise was at 6:43 a.m. on Saturday, it will shift to 7:42 a.m. on Sunday. As we edge closer to the start of Spring with the vernal equinox on March 20, we’re also enjoying lengthening daylight hours.

Daylight Saving Time

Sunday promises to be warm, with temperatures soaring into the mid to upper 80s, accompanied by a 30% chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms.

Highs tomorrow

As we head into the week, temperatures are expected to hover near record highs. However, a cold front is predicted to arrive on Thursday, bringing a 50% chance of rain.

Near-record heat

Following the cold front, temperatures will cool down, with Friday’s highs returning to a more typical range in the upper 70s.
