Fans of Stormzy are urging the rapper to participate in the upcoming series of Celebrity Traitors after he recently engaged with the live experience version of the game.

This interactive event in London mirrors the popular BBC show, where a group of up to 14 players must strategize either in alliance or opposition to reach the ultimate finale.

On Tuesday, Stormzy, who is 32, took to Instagram to share his excitement about deceiving his friends and even outsmarting his sister during the intense game.

The rapper, who was cast in the role of a Traitor, triumphantly proclaimed, “I betrayed them all,” and celebrated with the chant, “winner, winner.”

Stormzy captioned the post: ‘The traitors live experience is tooooo lit oi we had the best time and yes I snaked all these fools.

“They’re my friends, but they got played. It was a breeze. Top traitor. Just mastered the whole thing, and I’m very proud. P.S. the last slide is how I took out my sis Cass, haha! Love ya’ll, bye!” he wrote, clearly relishing the experience.

The presenter, 42, has been a target to land a much sought-after spot on the show after becoming a BBC favourite following her appearances on Celebrity Apprentice and Strictly Come Dancing.

Angela, who this week has been standing in for Cat Deeley on This Morning, would join a long list of stars rumoured to be joining the show, including Steve Pemberton, Richard E Grant and Hugh Bonneville.

Fans told Stormzy to star on the next series of Celebrity Traitors and last series winner Alan Carr ‘would be proud’

A source previously told The Sun: ‘The BBC are big fans of hers and are keen to secure her as one of their key talents. Celebrity Traitors would be the perfect fit for Angela. She’s clever, mischievous and isn’t afraid of causing a stir.

‘Negotiations with talent are still ongoing and it’ll go down to the wire. Contracts are often signed in the days leading up to the show starting.’

Daily Mail has contacted representatives for the BBC and Angela Scanlon for comment.

Angela herself has confessed she is a huge Traitors fan, and even confessed she was ‘obsessed to an unhealthy degree’ with the civilian series’ fourth run last month.

So far there has been a long list of names rumoured to be taking part in Celebrity Traitors’ second run, including Ruth Jones, David Mitchell and Steve Pemberton, Alison Hammond and Jamie Oliver.
