Hoping to emulate Jennifer Aniston’s fitness routine? You won’t need to spend endless hours at the gym.

The timeless actress has long been admired for her toned arms and abs, and she’s now sharing her efficient workouts through a new on-demand series with Pvolve.

“There are days when I only have 10 minutes — and I take them,” Aniston reveals to Page Six Style in an exclusive interview. “I love a quick movement session — it’s a great way to build enduring strength.”

The beloved “Friends” star elaborates, “What makes those 15 minutes impactful is the variety. With Pvolve, you’re simultaneously enhancing strength, mobility, and stability.”

Although Aniston has been a Pvolve partner for a while, this marks the first time she and her trainer, Dani Coleman, have launched a concise workout series on the streaming platform.

Like most of Pvolve’s classes, you’ll need a few pieces of the brand’s patented equipment to get the most out of them. The resistance balls and bands can be purchased individually or in money-saving sets like Jen’s Arms and Abs Bundle, which is currently $33 off.

The Aniston-approved pack also comes with a month of access to Pvolve’s streaming library, which contains over 1,800 trainer-developed workouts.

“These are the exact workouts I come back to because they work,” the star said in a press release.

Aniston first teamed up with the company in 2023 after a mutual connection introduced her to Coleman, whom she now works out with multiple times a week.

The star’s showed off her enviable abs in several Pvolve campaigns over the years. Pvolve

“She started streaming the workouts and wanted to try a personal training session at home; I’ll never forget our first session — we did a full-body workout using our P.band, P.ball and gliders,” the top trainer told Page Six Style last year.

While we can’t all have a personal trainer on payroll, Pvolve just might be the next best thing.
