CHAMPAIGN, Ill. — In a move to streamline and enhance its leadership structure, the Champaign Unit 4 School District will reassign its top administrative officials as part of a strategic overhaul under new superintendent Dr. Geovanny Ponce. This transition will also see a reduction in the number of executive roles.

On Friday, Unit 4 Board President Tony Bruno shared insights on the upcoming changes with WCIA, emphasizing that the restructuring aims to improve alignment within district operations. The focus will be placed on bolstering student achievement, ensuring accountability, and providing robust support for the schools within the district.
