A recent viral video captures a tense backstage altercation at the Oscars involving Teyana Taylor, star of “One Battle After Another,” and a man she claims physically confronted her. The video, widely shared on social media platform X, shows Taylor, 35, accusing the man of inappropriate behavior.

“You put your hands on a female,” Taylor asserts in the footage, while also condemning the man’s conduct as extremely rude. She further alleges that he “literally shoved me,” and suggests he was similarly aggressive toward another unidentified woman present during the incident.

According to sources from TMZ, the confrontation reportedly unfolded when a security guard attempted to prevent Taylor from returning to the stage at the Dolby Theatre. She was trying to join her co-stars from “One Battle After Another” for a group photo, but the guard was intent on stopping her from passing.

TMZ sources claimed a security guard blocked Taylor as she was trying to make her way back to the stage at the Dolby Theatre for a photo with her “One Battle After Another” co-stars.

Taylor has not commented about the ordeal on her social media, and her reps did not return TMZ’s requests for comment.

She lost out to “Weapons” star Amy Madigan in the Best Supporting Actress category.

But, some fans claimed that Taylor deserved to prevail.

“Teyana Taylor was robbed, whatever,” one fan said after the result was announced.

“Teyana Taylor was robbed,” another viewer said.

“She deserved an Oscar for Best Supporting Actress Oscar for her performance in One Battle After Another.”

Taylor couldn’t contain her emotion when she playfully put Paul Thomas Anderson, the director of “One Battle After Another,” in a headlock as he went up to collect the Best Picture award.

“I love that girl,” a viewer gushed.

“Who let her in the club bro,” a second viewer said.

“One Battle After Another” received 13 nominations at this year’s Academy Awards.

Ryan Coogler’s “Sinners” made Oscar history as the most-nominated film of all time with 16 nods. The film won four Oscars.
