Colombian influencer Alejo Little has passed away at the age of 33.
The news was confirmed by fellow influencer Carlos Feria through an Instagram post on Friday, March 13. In his native Spanish, Feria shared, “Today I woke up to some bad news, and it’s that a friend of mine passed away.”
Alongside his emotional message, Feria wrote, “Wasted my time and I regret it … 🥹💔.”
The post quickly garnered heartfelt responses from fans, with one commenter expressing, “R.I.P. Alejito 🔥🕊️. There are many lessons left and that in life you don’t have to postpone.”
The circumstances surrounding Little’s death have not been publicly shared, nor has his death been addressed on the influencer’s social media pages.
Little, however — who was known for sharing his journey with skeletal dysplasia with his fans — hinted at a decline in health via TikTok on March 2, his final public video. (Skeletal dysplasia is the term for “a group of about 400 conditions that affect bone development, neurological function and cartilage growth,” according to John Hopkins.)

“When you’ve already hit rock bottom but you’re tired of so much fixing things and you long to find a float on the surface that will finally save you,” he wrote alongside a video where he was seen with an oxygen tube in his nose while sipping a drink.
In his final Instagram post, uploaded on February 10, the social media star was honest about his hopes for the next year while celebrating his 33rd birthday, which he admitted wasn’t what he imagined.
“I thought my 33rd birthday would be different, but no,” he captioned the post, which was written in Spanish. “I only ask life to let me be myself again, to find meaning in my days, and for my mind to be healthy enough to continue helping others despite my loneliness, because I thank God, my small support network, the ideal, the one who is saving me. 🫶🏻🙏🏻👏🏻.”
He added, “Happy Birthday Alejo, I promise you that next year will be just as you’ve dreamed, with those who are saving you today. ♥️🥳🎂#TeamLittle 🛴 #InGodWithGodAndForGod 🙏🏻 #KingOfSoup 🥣.”
Prior to his death, Little, who was just under 3 feet in height, made a name for himself on Instagram and Tiktok by sharing his struggles with a form of skeletal dysplasia.
He amassed over a combined following of 4.2 million across both platforms before his death.
Fans have since paid tribute to the late star on his Instagram birthday post, with one writing in the comments, “Rest in peace Alejito 🥺 ❤️ You were a great example of life 🕊️.”
Another user added, “Rest in peace my brother 🕊️🕊️ You will be missed a lot!. 😔😔.”
