Messiah “Buddy Red” Harris is offering fans an exclusive glimpse into his newest project, featuring a familiar face in the accompanying video.

T.I.’s son stars alongside his younger brother, Major Harris, in the music video for his track “When I Dream.” Behind-the-scenes photos reveal Buddy Red performing with a guitar, while Major takes on a pivotal role in the storyline.

In several scenes, Major is seen sporting a red varsity jacket as he engages with a young co-star in a park setting, with Buddy Red performing nearby. The video seamlessly transitions between energetic performance shots and narrative moments that seem to track the younger characters’ journey throughout the story.

Known offstage as Messiah Harris, Buddy Red is forging his own path in the music industry. While his father is renowned as a prominent voice in hip hop, Buddy Red’s musical style is influenced by rock and soul, drawing comparisons to iconic artists like Jimi Hendrix.

Apart from his musical endeavors, Buddy Red has recently embraced fatherhood. The musician welcomed his first child last year and recently marked his daughter’s first birthday with a celebration.

Major Harris, meanwhile, has been focusing on theater. The teenager participates in stage productions at school, and his mother, Tameka “Tiny” Harris, recently praised his talent on social media.

“He’s such a natural. Nobody knew because he just started this. Seeing him up there doing his thing, he did so good. I was just so impressed. He had this accent the whole time and he did so good. He was singing too, like eight songs. I was like, ‘Dang.’ It was crazy to see my baby in a whole new light.”

Tiny also shared that Major is graduating this year with honors and a 4.0 GPA from one of Atlanta’s most prestigious private schools.
