Brooks Nader and Livvy Dunne are making headlines with their latest venture.
The dynamic duo of swimwear modeling kicked off their “ocean training” at Venice Beach, California, on Tuesday as part of their preparation for the much-anticipated reboot of the cult classic, “Baywatch.”
Insiders reveal to Page Six that the cast members are collaborating with experienced lifeguards to hone essential skills, including perfecting the iconic slow-motion run on the beach.
Although Nader is well-versed in showcasing bikinis, sources indicate she’s eager to tackle the waves.
“She’s a strong swimmer and has been dedicating time to solo sessions with a swim coach,” an insider shares.
Nader and former LSU gymnast Dunne — both Sports Illustrated Swimsuit darlings — previously crossed paths through the brand.
“They’re really excited to be working together,” says our insider. “They’re having so much fun and bringing that Sports Illustrated energy straight to Baywatch Beach.”
Other cast memmbers also took part in the beach training.
Page Six previously reported that Brooks has already been prepping for the role by upping her workouts to include strength training sessions with a personal trainer.
This past weekend, however she had some time off.
Spies tell us they saw Brooks at the wedding of her manager Leah Fidler and Gavin Mulato at Nizuc Resort and Spa in Cancun, Mexico along with her sisters Mary Holland, Grace Ann, and Sarah Jane.
The new “Baywatch” also stars Stephen Amell, Hassie Harrison, Thaddeus LaGrone and original series star David Chokachi.
Nader is set to play Selene, “a sharp-tongued Captain of the Zuma beach lifeguards,” reads the character description.
Dunne will play Grace, a junior lifeguard.
The original series starring David Hasselhoff and Pamela Anderson ran from 1989 to 2001. There was also a 2017 movie with Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Zac Efron.
