Tragedy struck at a Ford facility in Ohio this week when an employee lost his life after being trapped by a faulty industrial machine.
The incident occurred around 9:45 a.m. on Monday at Ford’s Sharonville plant, located on E. Sharon Road. Emergency services were alerted to the scene following reports of an industrial mishap, as detailed by FOX 19.
When authorities arrived, they discovered that a press machine, which was supposed to be undergoing routine maintenance, had malfunctioned. This unexpected activation led to the worker being pinned.
