Lady Gaga has reportedly welcomed her first child with her fiancé, Michael Polansky, following a notably private stretch away from public view.
The couple is reportedly new parents, according to Page Six, but few details have been revealed, including the name of the child, its sex or when it was born.
Shortly after reporting the news, Gaga, 40, and Polansky, 42, were spotted out in public with a newborn baby in photos obtained by Page Six.
The Born This Way singer had last been seen in August during a fan encounter in Northern California that was documented with an Instagram selfie.
The Daily Mail said it contacted Gaga’s representatives for comment, though no response had been received at the time of publication.
Gaga, whose full name is Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, has been engaged to Polansky since April 2024.

In newly published photographs, Gaga appeared to carry a newborn close to her chest in a sling as she walked through Northern California alongside Polansky and another woman.
The Daily Mail had previously reported that the pair were keeping a low profile in Marin County, where Gaga recently purchased a $10 million mansion.
The singer opted for an understated look, wearing a roomy gray cardigan, loose pajama-style pants and a cropped top that revealed part of her midriff.
She completed the casual ensemble with oversized sunglasses and black loafers. Polansky was similarly dressed down in shorts, a hoodie and a baseball cap.
Gaga was also seen wearing her sizable diamond engagement ring during the outing. The couple’s extended absence from the spotlight had previously fueled speculation that they may have quietly married.
One source told the Daily Mail that even her friends had been left out of the loop about her disappearance.
‘No one has seen her or heard from her in over a month,’ the insider said. ‘Everyone in her circle thinks she eloped with Michael and is on her honeymoon now, trying to make a baby.’
Gaga had been trailed by pregnancy speculation since mid-2024, just a few months after she and Polansky got engaged.

Fans began spreading rumors that she was pregnant based on video of her performing at her sister Natali Germanotta’s wedding in Maine.
‘Lady Gaga randomly being pregnant and married,’ one excited fan wrote at the time, while others rushed to congratulate her.
However, the hitmaker swiftly shut down the speculation with a TikTok video that she captioned: ‘Not pregnant – just down bad cryin at the gym.’
However, Gaga hasn’t been shy about her desire to start a family.
During an appearance in October 2025 on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert, she said motherhood would be her ‘next starring role.’
‘I would like to do many things, yeah, all of these things,’ she said after Colbert asked if she wanted to continue acting in films or performing on Broadway. ‘But, what I really want is to be a mom. That’s my next starring role, I hope.’
And Gaga may not be planning on stopping at just one child.
‘She has only one sister, Natali, and always wanted more siblings. So she wants her children to have many siblings so they can all lean on each other,’ a source told the Daily Mail.

So far, there’s no word on when Gaga and Polansky plan to tie the knot, but in March of this year she indicated that they planned to wed ‘soon.’
During an appearance on Bruno Mars’s Romantic Radio TikTok Live, the Poker Face singer said via a recorded message: ‘Me and my fiancé have been traveling all year, but we’re getting married soon. We were hoping you could choose a special song for us.’
In her earlier interview with Stephen Colbert, Gaga couldn’t help but sing her fiancé’s praises.
‘He’s my best friend in the whole world,’ she said of Polansky, adding that he ’empowered me as a woman in music with a beautiful partner that has my back every day.’
‘He just blew me away from the minute that I met him,’ Gaga continued. ‘He always, I think, really saw me and I think I always really saw him.’
