Kim Kardashian’s four children have been added to a restraining order protecting the family from a man she alleges has stalked her for years.
In July, the reality TV star asked the court to extend the order’s protection to her children: North West, Saint West, Chicago West and Psalm West.
According to TMZ, the request was approved on Sept. 10. The restraining order is set to remain in place through Aug. 3, 2031.
Kardashian initially secured a restraining order against Nicholas Costanza in 2021, alleging that he repeatedly came to her gated community.
Court filings from that time stated that Costanza appeared at her residence on several occasions. In one alleged encounter, he told security personnel that he had arrived to take Kardashian out to dinner.
Her security staff also intercepted a package allegedly sent by Costanza that contained a diamond ring and Plan B emergency contraception.
Kardashian further alleged that Costanza targeted her online, including by posting what appeared to be a fraudulent marriage certificate and messages claiming she was waiting for him.
A judge issued Kardashian a five-year restraining order in July 2021.

The matter allegedly intensified months later, when Costanza returned to Kardashian’s gated community despite the order. TMZ reported in October 2021 that security detained him until police arrived, after which he was arrested and booked on a felony stalking charge.
As the original order approached its expiration date, Kardashian’s attorneys, Shawn Holley and Kate Mangels, maintained that continued protection was necessary.
Her legal team cited messages Costanza allegedly sent in violation of the order and argued that his behavior had not improved.
Court documents reportedly detailed another incident in 2024 in which Costanza allegedly entered a home he claimed he had purchased with Kardashian and instructed her to meet him there with her entire family.
Kardashian subsequently asked that her children be specifically included in the renewed protection order.
