AFL WAG Steffie Waters has dramatically overhauled her Instagram profile, removing fiancé Isaac Heeney from the photos prominently displayed on her account.
Waters appeared to reorganise her social media feed on Tuesday as scrutiny continues over the Sydney Swans sexual assault allegations that emerged last month.
Images featuring the 30-year-old footballer have been pushed deep into photo carousels, while several others appear to have been deleted altogether, leaving no obvious trace of Heeney on the main grid.
The earliest remaining visible reference to Heeney is a video uploaded in January 2024, although newer photographs of the player can still be found within carousel posts published this year.
Before the latest changes, Heeney featured heavily across Waters’ Instagram page, which had served as a public record of their relationship and shared life.
Her recent public posts now focus largely on friends and solo activities rather than her relationship with the Swans star.

The social media changes follow Waters’ decision to delete a photograph announcing her engagement to Heeney, amid the continuing fallout from the Sydney Swans scandal.
Her decision sparked speculation about whether the couple’s planned wedding will proceed as the investigation into the sexual assault allegations develops.
The engagement photograph, posted in October last year, showed the couple smiling as they shared the news, with Waters displaying her striking diamond ring.
At that stage, Waters continued to feature other moments with Heeney, including a May photograph of the pair having a drink together on the beach.
‘Happy 30th birthday to this boy. Can’t wait to be your wife,’ Waters wrote in the caption.
The deletion marked a significant change for Waters. Earlier this month, she had already removed the couple’s engagement announcement from the pinned section at the top of her Instagram profile, taking away one of the most visible indications of their relationship.

Heeney and four other Sydney Swans players — Chad Warner, Riley Bice, Nick Blakey and James Jordon — have been stood down for the rest of the 2026 AFL season. The club determined that the players breached its standards after staying out late, drinking and bringing women back to the Pullman East Melbourne hotel in the early hours of Monday, August 17.
Adult entertainers were later reported to have been brought to the hotel during the gathering, while Victoria Police investigate an allegation of indecent assault said to have taken place in one of the rooms.

Earlier this month, reports said police were preparing to interview the five Swans players as the investigation moved into a fresh phase.
Heeney and Waters announced their engagement in October last year after he proposed during a romantic getaway in French Polynesia.
The couple shared several affectionate photographs from the trip, including images of Waters showing off her engagement ring beneath the caption: ‘Beyond grateful.’
Meanwhile, Heeney has deleted his Instagram page altogether.

The latest social media changes come after Waters was photographed in tears without her engagement ring after fleeing to Noosa amid the scandal.
The absence of the ring immediately sparked speculation that the couple’s relationship had come to an end.
However, a relative subsequently shut down the split rumours, saying that the pair were still a couple.
The relative said the pair had ‘remained in contact’ and ‘had not ended either their relationship or their engagement’.
They also explained why Waters’ ring was missing, saying it had been taken to a jeweller for repairs after the stone fell out.
Three women involved in the night at the Pullman Hotel in Melbourne have made allegations of sexual assault and obtained legal representation, with potential civil action also reportedly being considered.
Police have not charged anyone over the allegations and the investigation remains ongoing.
The players have denied any criminal wrongdoing.
Prominent Melbourne criminal lawyer Tony Hargreaves has been called in to represent the players.
