The court resumed on Thursday with further evidence from NSW Police detective Sasha Pinazza, who led the investigation into Beau Lamarre-Condon.
Detective Pinazza began giving evidence on Monday.
She told the court that CCTV footage showing Jesse Baird at the Royal Hotel in Paddington in May 2023 had been recovered from Lamarre-Condon’s phone and iCloud account.
Part of the footage, which was played in court, showed Baird among a group of men.
Detective Pinazza said the complete six-minute video was still stored on Lamarre-Condon’s phone when police seized it following the alleged murders in February 2024.
The court also viewed CCTV tracing Beau Lamarre-Condon’s movements during the three days before he allegedly murdered Jesse Baird and Luke Davies, who are pictured together below.
The footage covered Lamarre-Condon’s movements between February 16 and 19, 2024.
It showed him beginning and ending police shifts, securing his gun at Balmain Police Station, shopping for a surfboard cover with a friend and withdrawing cash.
On February 18, the day before the alleged murders, Lamarre-Condon was seen entering Balmain Police Station to collect his gun before working at a Palestine protest in the Domain.
At 7.25pm that evening, he was seen travelling to a Hertz car rental facility in Mascot.
The court heard that Lamarre-Condon rented a Mazda CX-5 using his NSW Police discount before driving away in the vehicle.
CCTV showed his mother, Coleen Lamarre, meeting him at the Hertz dealership to arrange the Mazda rental.
Ms Lamarre, who is pictured above, was seen meeting her son at the Mascot business.
The vehicle was rented in her name, while Lamarre-Condon used his NSW Police membership to secure the discount.
Lamarre-Condon then left Hertz in the Mazda as his mother drove away in his Tesla.

The court also heard allegations that Lamarre-Condon asked a childhood friend to help him obtain a gun.
The friend, who gave evidence under the pseudonym Alex Carrol for legal reasons, told the court on Thursday that she had spoken with Lamarre-Condon on FaceTime in November 2023.
She said the call was on loudspeaker, allowing her sister to hear the conversation.
During the call, Lamarre-Condon allegedly asked whether her former partner could obtain a gun for him.
She told the court he made the request in a half-whisper, using hand gestures, and said: “Can [your ex-partner] get me a gun?”
He allegedly used his thumb and his index finger to indicate he was saying ‘gun’.
The court also heard that about four hours after Jesse Baird and Luke Davies were allegedly murdered, Lamarre-Condon texted a woman he met in Bali to cancel dinner plans.
The court heard Lamarre-Condon met Maya Campbell in the pool at Finns Beach Club in Bali on New Year’s Eve in 2023/24.
Ms Campbell told the court that, in Bali, Lamarre-Condon said he was ‘hurt’ over a bad break-up, but did not say the name of his ex-boyfriend.
She said he explained he was on holiday to ‘change his mindset’ and get over the breakup.
The pair stayed in touch, the court heard, and eventually had a dinner with two other friends planned on February 19, 2024 – the day Baird and Davies were allegedly murdered.
At 1.33pm that day, Lamarre-Condon cancelled their dinner by allegedly telling her he sprained his ankle while out for a run.
The text allegedly read: ‘Hey babe, I have to cancel, but I just rolled my ankle running in the rain. Can we reschedule? I’m so sorry, I’m not a flake, I just can’t really walk right now.’
Ms Campbell replied: ‘Of course babe, poor thing, rolled ankles are the worst, let me know when you get better.’
