How Travis Kelce Supported Taylor Swift From Afar at the 2026 VMAs

Travis Kelce continues to be Taylor Swift’s biggest cheerleader.

Although the Kansas City Chiefs tight end couldn’t join the Grammy winner at the 2026 MTV Video Music Awards in Los Angeles on Sept. 27, he still found a way to show his love and support.

Kelce, who was preparing for an away game in Miami, appeared to be following Swift’s big night from afar by “liking” social media posts featuring her on the VMAs blue carpet.

Sharp-eyed Swifties noticed that Kelce hearted both a photo and a video of Swift shared by Billboard on Instagram Sept. 27.

While his NFL schedule kept him from attending in person, Kelce’s love for Swift was still reflected in her special-night look. The “Patient Zero” artist prominently wore both her engagement ring and wedding band.

Swift turned heads in a form-fitting black halter gown with an asymmetrical silver skirt. She completed the show-stopping ensemble with her rings and Leviev diamond earrings.
