Netflix viewers have quickly embraced the return of A Different World, making the series one of the streamer’s biggest current hits.
The new show, which continues the story of NBC’s 1987 sitcom A Different World, has climbed to No. 1 on Netflix’s Top 10 TV Shows in the U.S. The sequel centers on Deborah (Maleah Joi Moon), the youngest daughter of Whitley (Jasmine Guy) and Dwayne (Kadeem Hardison), as she begins building her own future at Hillman College.
