The 30-year-old model and the 29-year-old Euphoria actor appeared affectionate as they walked hand in hand through the French capital.
Elordi was supporting Jenner after she took to the runway for the L’Oréal show earlier that day during Paris Fashion Week.
The outing came just one day after he joined Jenner for an evening out in Milan, where she had been attending events linked to Milan Fashion Week.
The Daily Mail has contacted representatives for Jenner and Elordi for comment, but has not received a response.
