The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the inmate was initially arrested at a Taco Bell in May on a charge of unlawfully exposing his sexual organs.
BUNNELL, Fla. — An inmate at the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility has been rearrested after a multi-agency investigation allegedly found child sexual abuse material (CSAM) on his cellphone.
Brandon Irizarry, 29, of Port St. Lucie, is being held on a $150,000 bond. He faces 10 counts of possession of sexual performance by a child.
According to deputies, Irizarry was arrested in May 2026 at a Taco Bell on State Road 100 for unlawfully exposing his sexual organs. He pleaded guilty in June and was placed on probation. The next day, however, he was arrested again on a theft charge. Irizarry was rebooked and remained in the Flagler County detention facility.
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation began in September 2025, when a social media platform reported an account sharing child sexual abuse material. The account was linked to Irizarry by the Broward County Sheriff’s Office.

After receiving the tip, investigators obtained a warrant to search Irizarry’s phone. The search reportedly uncovered “multiple videos and images of children being sexually abused.”
Irizarry was rearrested on Oct. 2.
“We told you about this sick pervert back in May when he was caught masturbating outside of a Taco Bell,” Sheriff Rick Staly said. “I commend our partners at NCMEC, SFICAC, and BSO for investigating the original tip and for following through on our collective mission to protect children from perverts like him. Every one of those files on his device is a real child who was sexually abused. This pervert needs to go to prison for a very long time!”
The Flagler County Sheriff’s Office said the investigation remains active and that additional charges may be filed.
