Eastern suburbs model and former Fitness First trainer Barbara Rahal has married Italian businessman Davide Zummo, marking the latest chapter in a colourful romantic past that included four previous engagements.
Rahal and Zummo wed in Sicily this weekend, only weeks after revealing their engagement in September.
The couple chose the sun-drenched Italian island for their destination wedding, staging a three-day celebration packed with carefully coordinated events.
Ahead of the lavish occasion, guests received detailed guidance through the couple’s wedding website. It included specific dress codes for every event, along with bank details for anyone wanting to contribute to the newlyweds’ future.
Friday’s pre-wedding festivities carried a ‘Sicilian Coastal Chic’ theme. Female guests were asked to wear blue or another shade of blue, while floral prints were expressly discouraged.
‘No white, please,’ the website added.
