T.I. and Tiny’s Daughter Heiress Harris Wows at Icon Honors

Heiress Harris, the daughter of T.I. and Tiny Harris, delivered a standout vocal performance of Whitney Houston’s “Greatest Love of All” at the Culture’s Coldest Icon Honors in Atlanta on Wednesday, October 21.

The 10-year-old singer took the stage after being introduced by actress Marsai Martin, who served as the evening’s host.

Heiress performed the iconic ballad before a crowd that included former President Bill Clinton.

Tiny later posted video from the event on Instagram, sharing that Clinton had been leaving when he heard her daughter begin to sing.

“She stopped President Clinton in his tracks as he was leaving & he stayed to the watch her!!!” Tiny wrote.

Heiress had only a few hours to rehearse ahead of the performance. Her mother said she worked with vocal coach Regina Love two days earlier. During the same week, she also performed with her fifth-grade chorus and took part in a ribbon-cutting ceremony at school.

“Super proud of my babygirl,” Tiny added.

Organized by Kim Blackwell, the Culture’s Coldest Icon Honors celebrated influential figures in entertainment, fashion, sports and other industries. Civil rights leader Andrew Young and tennis champion Taylor Townsend were among the honorees. Clinton attended the event to present an award to Minyon Moore.

The performance adds to a busy year of singing opportunities for Heiress, who sang the national anthem at a boxing event in Atlanta in May.

She is also set to perform the anthem at Tuskegee University’s homecoming game on November 7.

In March, she released her single “In the Wind” on her birthday and earned her third nomination for a BET YoungStars Award.

During a June interview with CBS News Atlanta’s Joshua Cole, Heiress discussed her musical ambitions and the artists she would like to collaborate with in the future.

“I want to either be in a global girl group or I want to be a soloist,” she said.
