TVSN Star, 58, Turns to Adult Entertainment After Being Axed

TV Shopping Network star Suzie MacKenzie has turned to adult entertainment to earn a living after being dismissed from her on-air role last month, bringing an end to nearly two decades with the network.

The 58-year-old presenter is now hoping to build a profitable new career from the move and has already identified an unexpected area of interest among her audience.

After 20 years spent selling products ranging from shoes to carpet cleaners on television, the former Home and Away guest star told Daily Mail that many loyal viewers are especially fascinated by her feet.

‘After doing endless shoe shows, selling shoes, even carpet cleaning, I have an audience very interested in my feet!’ she explained.

‘And that’s fine. I love my feet. I love shoes, all of that!’

The former TVSN favourite joined the network in 2006 and spent thousands of hours presenting live, unscripted broadcasts. She said her new platform has given her the freedom to explore interests she previously kept private.

‘That’s the sort of thing I would keep quiet a lot while I was at TVSN. Now I can explore that arena a lot more!’ she explained.

MacKenzie also has strong support at home. She revealed that her husband, rock guitarist Randall Waller, fully backs her latest career decision.

The professional musician has even featured naked images of his wife on two of his guitars for years.

‘My husband is my biggest fan, my biggest supporter!’ she said.

‘He’s got naked photos of me airbrushed on two of his guitars! He’s been doing gigs with those guitars for decades!’

Although she has yet to establish firm limits for her OnlyFans content, MacKenzie said the ability to choose what she shares is one of the platform’s biggest appeals.

‘What I love about OF is that we can choose as we go,’ she said.

‘So I can chat to people. I can decide what I want to do, who I want to do it for. I can decide on the mood I’m in.’

‘I’m loving the freedom. I can choose as I go. I’m not going to make any rules yet.’

MacKenzie is certainly not short of support at home, revealing that her US-born rock guitarist husband Randall Waller is firmly behind her latest career move

Her decision to join OF has also given her the chance to reconnect with long-time friend and fellow adult star Rozz Switzer, with whom she would love to collaborate

Asked whether there was anything she would refuse to do, MacKenzie responded with a cheeky answer.

‘Darling, I’m never going to say no at this point,’ she said.

MacKenzie is also hoping the platform will become her full-time career, making it clear she is serious about her ambitions.

‘Oh, that’s my plan, baby! I don’t have a day job anymore,’ she said.

Her decision to join OF has also given her the chance to reconnect with long-time friend and fellow adult star Rozz Switzer, with whom she would love to collaborate.

‘She’s absolutely amazing. One of my favourite people to talk to,’ MacKenzie said.

‘Rozzie and I go back decades.’

The pair first knew each other when they were in their late teens and have been close ever since.

Away from her new career, MacKenzie also reflected on the pressures of working in television, where she said the pressure to maintain a squeaky-clean image influenced professional decisions

‘Rozzie and I shared a dressing room for years. We all want to be Rozz,’ she joked.

Elsewhere, MacKenzie also had some words of advice for Jo Silvagni, who earlier this month lost her Chemist Warehouse ambassador contract amid the fallout surrounding her son Tom, who was found guilty of two counts of rape late last year.

‘That’s a tough one, because everyone’s under so much scrutiny these days,’ she said.

‘I just think you have to remain true to yourself.’

MacKenzie said it was important to stay positive when a door closed, suggesting it could ultimately lead to something better.

‘At the end of the day, you have to think that things happen for a reason. Maybe one door closes for a reason… that means there’s something else that’s going to open,’ she said.

‘Maybe, like me, you have to reinvent yourself all of a sudden, or you have to think, “now what would I like to do?” It’s the only positive way to look at it.

‘You know, it could lead into something else. You could get a reality TV show, a presenting job!’

Away from her new career, MacKenzie also reflected on the pressures of working in television, where she said the pressure to maintain a squeaky-clean image influenced many professional decisions.

She recalled turning down reality television opportunities in the past because she worried that the editing process could affect her position at TVSN – but now, as a free agent, she is happy to work on her own terms.

‘I’ve always had to second-guess what I say and do,’ she said.

‘Even right down to where I’ve been offered reality TV shows before. I turned them down because I was worried in the editing process, if I didn’t come out looking squeaky clean, that would affect my position at TVSN.

‘I really just wanted a place where I could connect with my fans, give them exclusive content. I can call my own shots.

‘I don’t care how good or bad I look. It’s about the fact that you just make their day a little bit brighter.’
