Katie Holmes looked visibly enamored as she stepped onto the red carpet with her younger boyfriend, Jason Bard Yarmosky, at the American Ballet Theatre’s Fall Gala on Thursday.
The 47-year-old actress attended the Angels and Demons Honoring Cynthia Erivo celebration alongside her 39-year-old partner at New York City’s David H. Koch Theatre.
Holmes and Yarmosky, who began dating over the summer, appeared affectionate throughout the high-profile evening, displaying plenty of chemistry as photographers captured them together.
The couple walked hand in hand and exchanged frequent glances while posing for photos on the red carpet.
Holmes made a glamorous entrance in a silky deep-teal gown featuring long sleeves and a waterfall-style, drop-hem pleated skirt.

She completed the look with dewy makeup and a bronze smoky eye that drew attention to her hazel eyes.
Her dark brunette hair was swept into a polished updo, leaving her delicate earrings on full display.
A classic black shoulder bag, carried as a clutch, provided a refined finishing touch to the elegant ensemble.
Yarmosky opted for a relaxed yet polished outfit, pairing a navy double-breasted blazer and loose matching trousers with a chocolate-brown pullover.
The pair made their relationship public in June.
The romance marks Holmes’s first publicly known relationship since she dated Bobby Wooten III, the bass player, in 2022.
Holmes and Wooten were together for less than a year before ending their relationship.
Before that, Holmes spent six years dating fellow actor Jamie Foxx after her marriage to Tom Cruise ended. She and Cruise share a 20-year-old daughter, Suri.
In recent months, Holmes and Yarmosky have taken two trips to Lake Como and have also attended both New York Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week together.

Earlier this month, actress Jenny McCarthy spoke about her past interactions with Holmes while she was still married to Cruise from 2006 to 2012.

She claimed the actress ‘looked like a deer in headlights’ during Thursday’s episode of her eponymous podcast while joined by guest Ann Gallard Hill, who left the Church of Scientology in 2007.
McCarthy recalled having a friendship with Holmes and Cruise while dating ex Jim Carrey, and the former couple had notably been guests at their 2006 wedding held in Italy.
Holmes, who welcomed daughter Suri with the actor earlier that same year, had joined Scientology upon marrying the Oscar-nominated actor.
But after their divorce in 2012, she left the organization. McCarthy claimed that she had noticed a ‘shift’ in Holmes following her nuptials.
‘At that time, she looked like a deer in headlights. This was well into the marriage,’ she alleged on the episode.
