Rita Ora had been turning heads with her vivid platinum-blonde hair for some time.
But the singer gave her signature look a distinctly wintry update when she arrived at the 2013 Harper’s Bazaar Women of the Year Awards at London’s Claridge’s Hotel on Tuesday evening.
Even among the fashion and entertainment world’s biggest names, the 22-year-old star stood out. Her freshly dyed white hair was styled in relaxed, tousled waves that fell around her shoulders.
