Jeremiyah Love said NFL teams will get a “simple guy” if they draft him
On Tuesday, Jeremiyah Love was at Notre Dame for his pro day. Afterwards he spoke to the media and was asked to give a pitch to the 32 NFL teams who are preparing their draft boards the next few weeks.
Love proceeded to tell reporters that he is focused on his football career and that NFL teams should be aware that is where he is putting his focus. He said that he doesn’t have any other distractions and that besides football anime is his other hobby.
“You draft me, I’m not doing too much other than football. After a game I’m going home, playing video games… and watch anime… I’m a simple guy… I’m not going to cause you no type of trouble,” Love said.
Love played three seasons at Notre Dame and in his final season in 2025 he rushed for a career-high 1,372 yards and 18 touchdowns. He also had 280 receiving yards and three touchdown catches. He was a Heisman finalist and a unanimous All-American.
