The SES has delivered 125,000 sandbags to the at-risk town of Moama in southern NSW as the flood crisis worsens.
Hundreds of people in the area have been evacuated from their homes, with authorities warning rivers throughout the state will return to flood levels in coming days.
There are 72 warnings in place across NSW, including eight emergencies.

Key areas of concern include the Darling River from Bourke and downstream, the Macquarie River at Warren, the Lachlan River at Forbes and Condobolin, and the Murray River at Moama/Echuca and downstream.
An emergency area has been declared for part of the Murray River.The SES warned that further rainfall was likely to continue until December.
