Our Yorkshire Farm fans had a lot to say as Channel 4 confirmed the future of an Amanda Owen-fronted show after its emotional finale.

Our Farm Next Door: Amanda, Clive and Kids aired its first series last year and followed the Owen family’s life in the Yorkshire Dales.

It saw Shepherdess Amanda and her husband Clive renovate a derelict farmhouse.

The series came to an emotional end in November, but the production company behind the show has confirmed there will be another season – much to the delight of fans.

A clip from series one was posted on social media with the caption: ‘It’s the last episode of the first series of Our Farm Next Door tomorrow, and the whole family get together to see the progress at Anty John’s.

‘The renovation has come a long way over the past 18 months, but there’s still plenty to do.

It comes after previous series, Our Yorkshire Farm, was one of the most popular fly-on-the-wall shows on TV.

The show followed life on the remote farm high in the Dales run by Amanda, sheep farmer Clive and their nine children but ended after five years in 2022.

Amanda and Owen split in June 2022 after 22 years of marriage.

However they still work closely together to co-parent and star on their TV shows.
