It seems that retirement suits Pat Sajak well. The former Wheel of Fortune host recently made a charming appearance alongside his daughter, Maggie Sajak, known for her social media presence.

In a video that quickly went viral after being posted on February 28, the 79-year-old Sajak can be seen confidently walking down a hallway, playfully lip-syncing to a newly remixed version of Tame Impala’s song “Dracula” by Jennie.

Adding a touch of humor and modesty, Sajak covered his mouth with both hands right as the song dropped an F-bomb, showing his knack for keeping things wholesome even in a lighthearted moment.

On TikTok, user @j9_marie_bruen praised him for his skillful censoring, remarking, “That’s a seasoned TV man!” It’s clear that Sajak’s television instincts remain sharp even off the set.

Another TikTok user, @bethwheel43, noted, “Pat’s looking healthy and rested,” a testament to how well the former game show host is enjoying his post-retirement life.

TikTok user @on_erecords wrote: ‘Man, do we miss Pat. No shade to Ryan [Seacrest] though.’

‘Hope he’s enjoying his retirement!’ TikTok user @verydemureverymindful commented.

‘He’s looking so happy as always! I was on the show 15 years ago and he was such a pleasure in person to meet!’

On Monday night, the three-time Emmy winner was dining with his 31-year-old nepo baby, who offered to trade him ‘two lipliners and a piece of gum’ for her sushi meal.

‘It’s okay,’ Sajak lip-synched. ‘It’s on the house.’

The Chicago native and Maggie also joined forces on March 21 to serve as guest announcers at the Grand Ole Opry in Nashville, TN – the same town he scored his first television job on WSM-TV (now WSMV).

The daddy-daughter duo mingled backstage with Brad Paisley, Trace Adkins and Whispering Bill Anderson while Sajak got ‘roped’ into dancing alongside the Opry Square Dancers.

Last summer, the registered Republican starred as Dr. Roy Flemming in Robert Duval’s play Prescription: Murder, adapted from NBC’s 1968 Columbo pilot, at the Hawaii Theatre Center in Honolulu alongside KHON-TV anchor Joe Moore.

Sajak concluded his historic 42-year position hosting and consulting Wheel of Fortune on June 7, 2024 and he hosted his final episode of spin-off Celebrity Wheel of Fortune one year later on June 10.

‘It’s been an incredible privilege to be invited into millions of homes night after night, year after year, decade after decade,’ the game show veteran said at the time.
