Old friends Noel Edmonds and Cliff Richard recently celebrated a heartwarming reunion in New Zealand after a quarter-century apart.

The former host of “Deal Or No Deal,” now 76, took to Instagram on Monday to commemorate the occasion, sharing the joyful moment with followers.

In a playful remark, Noel noted that their combined age is 161, much to the delight of fans who were thrilled to see the iconic duo back together.

The video showcased both Noel and 85-year-old Cliff looking remarkably youthful. The two have a shared history, having appeared together in Noel Edmonds’ Christmas special back in 1986.

During that memorable event, Cliff performed “Slow Rivers” in a duet with Elton John, who was then 78 and in Sydney. Their performance took place at Westminster, adding to the nostalgia of the reunion.

Noel said in a video of their reunion: ‘At last, I get to see you again after all these years.’

Cliff replied: ‘I know… it’s been too long. I mean, there’s a hundred years separating us.’

Noel continued: ‘It was 25 years ago that you were on my Christmas Day show and you’ve done wonderful, kind things for me ever since, over the years.

‘So I wanted to come and say thank you. But I then started to do some mathematics – and we have a combined age of 161.’

Cliff said: ‘Oh my goodness me. I didn’t know that you were older than me!’

The pair decided to duet Cliff’s smash hit The Young Ones.
