Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian declared on Saturday that the United States’ expectation for Iran’s unconditional surrender is nothing more than a “dream they should take to their grave.”

President Pezeshkian’s remarks were delivered in a pre-recorded message broadcast on state television.

He attributed recent apparent disarray within the armed forces to the assassination of the country’s supreme leader and other high-ranking officials.

The statement comes amid ongoing tensions, as Iranian forces launched significant attacks on Gulf Arab states early Saturday, while the United States and Israel continued their aerial bombardments against Iran.

Saturday morning witnessed multiple assaults on Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
