The singer, 31, who keeps her 16.1 million Instagram followers updated on her fitness journey, donned a pair of skin-tight maroon gym leggings, teamed with a black zip-up top and sporty orange trainers.

The Poison hitmaker took to her Instagram Stories, explaining she had a busy day ahead of her: ‘Morning off to the gym and a 14 hour filming day! Let’s go!’

Rita then shared a video of herself in the gym, showing off her toned physique in a black sports bra. 

She then added: ‘Only way to start your week. I was tired this am but you gota do it. Mind over matter!’

Rita previously took to Instagram to share a jaw-dropping video of her impressive biceps, insisting that weight-lifting was ‘the only way to get over her jet lag.’

Having returned to London following her trip to Auckland to perform at the Women’s Rugby World Cup , she wrote in her caption: ‘Straight off a 24 hour flight.

Rita performed ahead of Australian’s titan clash with New Zealand at the Women’s Rugby World Cup in Auckland on Saturday.

Kicking off the sporting event off in style, the game between Australia and New Zealand marked the beginning of the 2021 competition – which was delayed due to the Covid pandemic.

During the show the singer flaunted her toned legs as she donned a second look – a glimmering khaki bodysuit, with a sleeveless design and collared neckline.

Featuring a gold button down design and pockets, Rita’s bodysuit was teamed with a pair of matching heeled boots in the same material.

While she added some extra chic with a longline khaki coat, which sat only around her waist – secured by a jewel embellished belt with gold tassels.

And ever the supporter was her husband Taika Waititi, who proudly watched from the sidelines before planting a kiss on his hitmaker wife’s cheek.
