He was last seen about half an hour later near a surf club on West Coast Drive.

Today, police announced they have located a body.

Although formal identification is still pending, authorities believe the body to be that of the missing worker, Carter.

Police are not treating his death as suspicious and are preparing a report for the coroner.

Carter’s family had serious concerns about his welfare.

He had smiled in a photo with his mum hours before she dropped him off outside the terminal.
