The Philadelphia Eagles have beaten the Kansas City Chiefs 40-22 to win Super Bowl 59 in New Orleans.
The Eagles were leading 34-0 by the time the Chiefs put their first score on the board towards the end of the third quarter.
The result means Philadelphia star Jordan Mailata becomes the first Australian to play in a Super Bowl-winning team. Fellow Australian Jesse Williams won a title with Seattle in 2013 but he did not play in the match because of injury.

Kendrick Lamar took centre stage at the half-time show which featured singer-songwriter SZA and was introduced by Samuel L Jackson.

Taylor Swift booed at Caesars Superdome

Taylor Swift, who was watching boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Kansas City Chiefs, was booed by the fans as she was shown on the big screen.

The pop superstar, who was cheered loudly when she showed up at the Super Bowl in Las Vegas a year ago, was instead booed by the heavily pro-Eagles crowd when shown on the video board during a break in the first quarter on Sunday.

How did the Eagles win the Super Bowl?

Quarterback Jalen Hurts threw two touchdown passes and ran for another as the Eagles opened up a sizeable lead.
Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes struggled against the Eagles defence, completing only 21 of 32 passes and being intercepted twice.

It is the second win for the Eagles, after victory over the New England Patriots in February 2018.
