Pia Whitesell has announced her first paid TV and modelling gig in seven years.

The Home and Away star, 41, took to Instagram on Thursday to reveal she is the face of beauty giant Olay’s ‘Hello Better Me’ campaign in Australia and New Zealand

‘I’m so humbled to be announced as the Australian Ambassador for Olay,’ she wrote alongside a glowing campaign image of herself.

‘As Olay moves into its next evolution, one that embraces progress over perfection and confidence that’s built from lived experience – I find myself so ready and excited to share in that philosophy and be a part of a much needed conversation,’ she added.

Pia has not worked since she first began seeing her now-husband, Hollywood power broker Patrick Whitesell, in 2019.

The announcement was quickly praised by her 18-year-old Lennox, who she shares with former AFL star  Brad Miller.

‘I love my mother,’ the dutiful teenager commented on the post.

Pia’s last acting role was in the 2019 live-action movie Dora and the Lost City of Gold.

The small screen star retired from acting shortly after that, around the time she met her now-husband, who Bloomberg reports has a net worth of AU$733million.

In June, Pia gave her followers a sneak peek inside the jaw-dropping $57million Bel Air mansion where the couple live.

The photo showed a luxurious outdoor living space complete with a pool and several umbrella-covered lounge chairs.

The scene also showed some Mediterranean-style archways and a perimeter of lush greenery.

‘How’s the serenity?’ Pia captioned the envy-inducing photo in a subtle nod to the 1997 Aussie movie The Castle.
