Tragedy struck the city of Dnipro as a drone attack on an apartment complex resulted in the deaths of three individuals and injuries to 12 others. He also called on China and India to exert diplomatic pressure on Russia to cease attacks on facilities that could lead to a “catastrophic incident.”
