In response to this tragic incident, authorities launched Strike Force Emsworth to spearhead the investigation into her death.
Yesterday morning, at approximately 8:30 a.m., law enforcement executed a search warrant in Goulburn, resulting in the arrest of a 40-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man.
Both individuals now face charges of domestic violence murder.
Police will allege in court that both of them knew the victim, and that the 40-year-old woman had previously been in a domestic relationship with her.
The man and woman were both refused bail and will appear in court today.
