On her way home, she has been accused of drunkenly crashing into several parked cars, while driving with shredded tyres down Bellevue Road.

Shocked onlookers filmed as she allegedly slapped a police officer and refused to submit breath analysis.

Jacobs’ lawyer will submit evidence in June for a Section 14 mental health application.

This will aim to avoid a criminal conviction and instead focus on treatment or support for the defendant.
