A 16-year-old pedestrian is fighting for life after he was hit by a car in Melbourne’s south-east.

Emergency services responded to an incident on Pound Road in Narre Warren South around 4:30 p.m. after receiving reports that a car had collided with a pedestrian.

The victim, a young boy, is currently being transported to the hospital with injuries that are considered life-threatening.
