Two teenage boys have been killed after a crash in Sydney’s north-west overnight.

Police say they were passengers travelling in a Nissan 200SX sedan that struck a power pole on Windsor Road in McGraths Hill at about 9.45pm yesterday.

The two boys were seriously injured and died at the scene.

The 17-year-old driver was treated by paramedics for chest and internal injuries before being taken to Westmead Hospital where he’s reported to be in a stable condition.

Police have been told the Nissan and a Ford Falcon sedan had allegedly collided immediately before the Nissan left the road and struck the pole.

The driver of the Falcon stopped to offer help and called triple zero.

He has undergone mandatory blood and urine testing.

A crime scene has been set up and police crash experts have launched an investigation.
