Recent developments in the investigation have directed police efforts towards Enfield State Park, situated approximately 30 kilometers south of Ballarat.

The disappearance of the mother of three occurred after she left her home in Ballarat around 7 a.m. on February 4, 2024, intending to jog in the Canadian State Forest.

On March 7, 2024, Patrick Orren Stephenson, 23, faced charges related to the murder of the 51-year-old woman.

Stephenson has entered a plea of not guilty in response to the allegations.

Since the day she vanished, law enforcement has conducted several searches in the bushland of Enfield State Park.

The park, which is littered with disused mineshafts, is about five kilometres away from where the 51-year-old’s mobile phone was discovered in a dam in May.
