Becoming an MCU star is hitting the Hollywood jackpot. This is because the Marvel Cinematic Universe has launched many actor’s careers who went on to thrive in other Marvel franchises, with most of them even scoring their own titular franchise films.
These MCU stars have raked in impressive net worths and invested in some unbelievable real estate. At least fans know that their favorite superheroes are cozying up to luxury after a long stunt-filled filming period.
With rankings from the least to the most successful, here’s a look at 13 MCU stars ranked by the size of their homes.
13/13 Mark Ruffalo
With a good chunk of his $36 million fortune stemming from the MCU portraying Hulk, the actor currently lives in a New York farm town called Callicoon with his family near the Delaware river. The 50-acre plot of land was originally bought for only $280,000 as a getaway before the actor relocated permanently with his family. It boasts of a private lake, vegetable garden, a barn and an eco-friendly guesthouse. Ruffalo has had his fair share of upscale real estate investments in the past, one of which was his $3.5 million Brooklyn Brownstone townhouse.
12/13 Paul Rudd
Now worth $70 million, the Ant-Man actor is sparing no expense when it comes to modest living. He owns a home in the small upstate town of Rhinebeck, New York with an average price of $1.9 million. He also owns a candy shop in the area. Very little is known about the house features but what is known is that the actor built a whole Irish pub in the basement.

Having led Marvel’s Captain Marvel into over a billion dollar box office success in 2019, the actress treated herself to two apartments, one located in Woodland Hills, Los Angeles (which cost her $1.6 million) and the other in Malibu. Her Malibu flat-roofed stucco mansion cost $3.4 million. The 2,100-square-foot yellow-painted one-story property features three bedrooms, two full baths, and a swimming pool.
