A$AP Relli appears to have had enough of some hard questions from A$AP Rocky’s lawyer, Joe Tacopina, in court, calling him “annoying.”

Rihanna‘s baby daddy is currently on trial for allegedly shooting and injuring his former friend A$AP Relli, real name Terrell Ephron. Relli, who has been on the witness stand for almost a week, appears to reach his witts end on Monday (February 3) during cross-examination by Tacopina. He didn’t like the line of questions the celebrity attorney was asking.

At some point during cross-examination, Relli became visibly agitated and snapped at the lawyer, prompting the judge to reprimand him. “You’re annoying, bro!” Relli told the lawyer. “I’m not on trial. I’ve been here for five days, dealing with this man. I’ve been looking stupid for five days.”

Relli believes that the lawyer is trying to paint him in a bad light, which prompted his remarks that he is not the one on trial. “You think you’re slick!” Relli continues during a tense period in the court proceedings as onlookers look on in dismay. “And I’m on to you! You’re not going to keep tripping me up! You’re not slick!”

By then, the judge was furious and yelled at Relli for him to stop. “Don’t be insulting, stop it. He is not insulting you,” the judge said, referring to Joe Tacopina. “Don’t insult him. Don’t insult any lawyer that’s asking you questions. You’re not doing yourself any good by doing that.”

“I mean, I’m getting screwed and I mean, I’m just this is not how much longer do you [need],” an agitated Relli responded to the judge’s reprimand.

50 Cent shared a clip of the exchange in court, calling the former A$AP member A$AP Telli. His comment comes days after he shared that Relli just wanted a big payday from A$AP Rocky, which is why he is testifying against the Harlem rapper. “ASAP TELLI like man im tired of telling, I been telling for 5 days LOL wTF is going on 2025,” 50 Cent wrote.

A$AP Relli is accusing A$AP Rocky of putting his life in danger when he allegedly brandished a firearm during a dispute between the two of them in 2021 in Hollywood. The rapper reportedly fired the weapon, grazing Relli on his finger. Relli claims that he has suffered PTSD from the incident.

Relli also filed a lawsuit against A$AP Rocky over the incident, which the rapper calls an extortion attempt. During his cross-examination, Joe Tacopina accused Relli of being motivated by money and played alleged recordings of him saying he would disappear if he got paid not to cooperate with prosecutors in the case.

“Once I walk away, when I get my cash, the case will get way weaker,” a man said in the recording. “It’s going to be hard for the DA to find me. Because I’m going to be on another island.”

A$AP Rocky pleaded not guilty to the gun charge and opted to go to trial. He faces up to 24 years in prison if found guilty.
