Holly Ramsay, daughter of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay, reportedly excluded her future mother-in-law from her hen party over fears she “might have stuck out a bit,” insiders have claimed.
Holly Ramsay, the daughter of renowned chef Gordon Ramsay, has reportedly decided to keep her future mother-in-law off the guest list for her hen party. Sources suggest that Holly feared her fiancé’s mother “might have felt out of place” during the celebration.
Reports indicate that Caroline Peaty, 59, spent the weekend at home looking after her son Adam’s child from a previous relationship. Meanwhile, Holly was joined by her mother Tana, family friend Victoria Beckham, and Adam’s sister for the festivities. Additionally, it seems Caroline will not be attending Holly and Olympic swimmer Adam Peaty’s opulent wedding planned for next month.
Insiders close to 25-year-old Holly have offered some insight into this decision. They noted, “The Ramsay family is accustomed to a lifestyle of luxury and sophistication. In contrast, the Peaty family leads a simpler life. Adam now embraces a more glamorous existence, which appears to have led him to distance himself from his roots.”

“She’s an ordinary woman, not a celebrity. You look at Holly’s Instagram and it’s all so orchestrated, so ultra-glam and very, very showy. That’s not Caroline.”
Photos shared on Instagram, including by Posh Spice herself, reveal the hen party at the ultra-exclusive Soho Farmhouse in Oxfordshire was a sparkling event.
The beaming women are pictured with cocktails and champagne, celebrating Holly’s final days before she marries the sportsman, reports the Mirror.

After the event, Caroline shared a poignant quote on Instagram: “When you love someone, you protect them from the pain, you don’t become the cause of it.”
She added in the caption: “The ones I love are the people who hurt me the most.”
Her followers were quick to comment, with many criticising Adam and his strained relationship with his mother. One fan wrote: “You only get one mother in life, some people need to remember this.”
Another chimed in: “Hold your head up high; not many Mums would’ve got up at 4am for those pool runs. Adam should be so proud.”

Caroline’s sister, Louise Williams, also waded into the dispute, accusing influencer Holly of being “divisive and hurtful” in a lengthy post about the family feud.
The Uttoxeter woman addressed Holly directly on Instagram, writing: “I’m so glad that you had a great hen do. As a bride, you deserve that. However, as a person you were divisive and hurtful towards a woman [Caroline], who I have loved and continue to love deeply.
“A woman who opened her home and heart to you. You decided, for whatever reason, not to invite her, your prospective mother-in-law, to your hen night yet Adam invited his father-in-law, your dad, to his stag night.

“You invited your mum (quite rightly) and even your mum’s assistant, your sisters, your friends, my niece, but not my sister, your future mother-in-law.”
According to the Daily Mail, Caroline and her husband Mark were initially on the guest list for the wedding at Bath Abbey, with Caroline even purchasing a dress for the event.
However, the invitation was rescinded amidst a bitter family dispute, leading Caroline’s other sister, Janet, to publicly declare that Holly and Adam had “broken my darling sister”.

Despite the ongoing feud, it is reported that Holly’s family holds Adam in high regard. An insider revealed: “The thing with someone like Gordon is that he is kind and caring, he adores his kids and their partners, but he generally gets whatever he wants.
“No matter what family dynamics are at play, when you have a normal side of a family and a very, very rich and globally famous one on the other, there are going to be difficulties.”
