Alexis Bellino and John Janssen have not called it quits, despite a recent rumor shared on Facebook.

Following a report claiming John, 62, had been caught “texting a younger woman,” prompting Alexis, 48, to call off their upcoming wedding, the Real Housewives of Orange County alum is speaking out against the false rumor and detailing their plans to “honeymoon” in Alaska.

“Hi guys, although we are not breaking up like you’ve heard, we are getting ready for an Alaskan cruise,” Alexis declared on June 9.

Then, after asking her fans and followers for advice on cold-weather cruises, she spoke of her plans to take a helicopter ride and ride a dog sled before questioning her audience about other expeditions she should consider.

“We’re super excited,” she gushed. “It’s our pre-wedding, let’s say, honeymoon kind of cruise because we probably won’t be enjoying a honeymoon after, we’re way too busy after that.”

Although Alexis didn’t share exactly where the rumor had come from, it appears to have surfaced on Facebook, where an article recently read, “RHOC’s Alexis Bellino Shockingly Announces the Cancellation of Her Upcoming Wedding to Fiancé John Janssen After Discovering He Was Texting a Younger Woman.”

The Bravo Mom on TikTok shared the screenshot with her fans and followers, asking if there was any truth to the report and suggesting that John, who previously dated RHOC cast member Shannon Beador, 61, may have ditched Alexis once he found out she would not be on season 19.

Alexis confirmed she would not be returning to the show in December while appearing on the Going Rogue podcast.

“I am not asked back,” Alexis confirmed. “[I got] a phone call, which, and I have a very good relationship with him, [producer] Alex Baskin, obviously, he’s my boss, and it was a hard conversation, [but] I can’t say it came as a shock.”

“I didn’t think contracts were coming out — like, I thought we had more time — so I thought he was calling to check in,” she continued. “[But] I was [not] shocked about that information because what are they gonna do? I didn’t know … how do I fit in?”

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 19 premieres on Thursday, July 10, at 9/8c on Bravo.
